These funds, recognized by Legislative Decree no. 150/2015, are part of the National Network of Services for Labor Policies and are a concrete opportunity for companies to develop technical, managerial and managerial skills, with the support of our professionals.
The Interprofessional Joint Funds manage the resources that companies pay through the monthly contribution report (ex DM10). These funds allow for the financing of company, sector or territorial training plans, as well as individual plans or those linked to apprenticeship contracts.
Joining an interprofessional fund allows access to financial resources dedicated to continuous training, thus improving employee skills without additional costs.
Adopting an interprofessional fund brings numerous advantages for the company:
Joining a fund is simple and free. Employers can ask INPS to transfer 0.30% of the mandatory contribution already paid for the training of their employees, through the Uniemens Form. Membership is automatically renewed every year, and INPS directly manages the transfer of resources to the chosen fund. Joining does not involve additional costs for the company, but allows immediate access to the contributions available for training.
